What we collect

• Listing owners: email address, optional phone number, optional display name, and IP address at the time of submission.
• Renters contacting owners: name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. This is passed directly to the listing owner and not stored long-term.
• All visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). No third-party analytics trackers are used.

How we use it

• To send listing verification and management links to owners.
• To relay contact inquiries from renters to listing owners.
• To send expiry reminders to owners with active listings.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the third-party services required to operate the platform (database hosting, email delivery, and web hosting). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Contact info visibility

If you choose to show your contact details publicly when posting a listing, they will be visible to anyone who views it. If you use the default contact form option, your email address is never shown publicly.

Data retention

Listing data is retained after a listing expires or is removed, primarily for abuse prevention. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

Cookies

We use a small session cookie for the site's reporting feature. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
